I am now on Phase 4 and I’m so happy that I decided to take the plunge and join Ideal Protein

I joined Ideal Protein in November 2014 when I realized that I was unhappy with myself for allowing food to take over my life.

From the minute that I went to my first meeting at Whole Body Health I felt comfortable with all of the staff, you can really tell that they all believe in the Ideal Protein program. When I joined, my goal was to lose 25 lbs and I was very determined that I was going to succeed. In the first week I lost 6 lbs and I was so pumped! After that I continued to lose 2-3 lbs every week and before I knew it I had met my goal so I decided to continue until I lost 35 lbs.

Everyone at Whole Body Health was so great to work with and they have all encouraged me throughout my journey. Liz and Dana have taught me a lot about how to deal with food and your emotions and how to stop and think before you put something in your mouth that you might regret later. I really think using the journal makes you more aware of what you are eating.

I am now on Phase 4 and I’m so happy that I decided to take the plunge and join Ideal Protein. For me it was life altering and I never want to go back to the unhealthy eating habits I had before.

In the past, I have tried different reputable diets to lose weight. At first, results were evident, but it always seemed like an endless struggle. Motivation was there, initially, but soon diminished and this scenario repeated itself during the last 20+ years.

In my early-60’s, I was willing to settle for what I looked like, but was more concerned about good health. During one of my routine visits to Dr. Osborn, I noticed the drastic physical change she had undergone. After inquiring, and receiving handouts, I went home and discussed the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Method with my husband. Being apprehensive our entire lives, and unsure about trying new things, we researched, online and attended the seminar.

That’s where our journey began. Both my husband and I love to travel, but this has been the greatest trip we have ever been on, and where we received the best value for our money. Needless to say, my husband reached his destination faster. For me, it took approximately 4 months. When I look back, that’s such a short time in our lives. Nothing is easy, the program is not a miracle, but it is a method that sets the stage for wellness. You are guided and supported, consistently; it is up to you to follow through.

We are feeling great, have lots of energy and are feeling 20 years younger. Our expedition together, continues as this is a lifelong journey. You don’t deprive yourselves, but learn what to combine and what not to combine, and read labels to remain on the wellness path. A special thanks to the staff at Whole Body Health, their support, encouragement and guidance was inspiring and appreciated. We know that Ideal Protein, like the brochure states, is our “last diet”.

My son encouraged me to look into the Ideal Protein program as he had seen the results in 2 others. I was really impressed with my coach’s level of knowledge and how at ease she and the staff made me feel when I went in for my assessment.

I had never weighed so much, or looked so old and unhappy. NO other program has worked for me as quickly, which is essential to keep you motivated. With my weekly weigh ins, my concerns and questions were answered, along with some good meal choice recommendations and with an average 3 pound a week loss, I was really motivated throughout the program to get to my goal of 75 pounds.

My sister started her journey just weeks after I did and throughout we texted weekly or met for tea to give each other encouragement. This program is life changing and that is how I have looked at this. I cannot and will not eat the way I did before, letting my stress and boredom dictate the unhealthy eating habit traps that are so easy to fall into.

I now have a whole new wardrobe, am getting used to my new body, have a renewed energy level and people are telling me I look fantastic, years younger and just glow! I am now on Phase 4 maintenance and am looking forward to continuing my new life.
